Lucy graduated from Winchester School of Art in 2006 with a BA in Fine Art Sculpture. It was at art school where she first started to work in metal, experimenting with steel bars to create stylized figures with a particular interest in human anatomy and the figure in motion stemming from her athletic experience in earlier years.

Lucy has exhibited metal work across the country at various exhibitions, including Glyndebourne Opera house for the festival season. She has sold sculptures to Europe and the United States as well as undertaking private and public commissions including a four meter high pair of figures to a hotel restaurant in Iceland at Geysir, one of their main tourist attractions.

Lucy also works in stone, creating figurative carvings of the human figure, seashells and birds.
